Who I am

Belinda Paris Coaching is run by me, Belinda Paris. This policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information. I follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What I collect

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your resume, career history, career goals and LinkedIn profile
• Notes and recordings from our sessions
• Booking and payment details
• How you use this website, such as the pages you visit and the device and browser you use

How I collect it

• When you fill in a form, book a session, download a guide or subscribe to my newsletter
• When you send me your resume or other documents
• During our sessions
• Through cookies and analytics on this website

Sometimes I receive your details from someone else, such as a recruiter or a person who referred you. If that happens, I will let you know.

Session records

I record Clarity Sessions and coaching sessions with Fathom, so I have an accurate record of what we discussed. I record or take notes on strategy sessions in Pocket or Notion. If you would rather a session is not recorded, tell me before we begin.

How I use your information

• To deliver the services you have asked for
• To reply to your questions and manage bookings and payments
• To send you my newsletter and updates if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how people use this website so I can improve it

I do not sell your information.

Who I share it with

I use service providers to run my business:

• GoHighLevel, for my website, forms, bookings, payments and email marketing
• Fathom, for recording and transcribing sessions
• Pocket and Notion, for session recordings and notes
• Google Analytics, to understand how people use this website
• My email provider

Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand and Australia, including in the United States.

I only share your information with anyone else if you agree, or if the law requires it.

How I protect and keep your information

I keep your documents, notes and recordings in password-protected systems and limit who can access them. I keep your information only as long as I need it to deliver your service and meet legal and tax requirements. After that, I delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, and ask me to correct it. Email me and I will respond within 20 working days.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please contact me first. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
